Florida Powerboat Club will be overseeing all aspects of event planning and organization, including assistance with customs decals, clearance documents, boat preparation, lodging & docking reservations, and activities during the event. Room blocks are in place with discounted rates, so please call the FPC office to register your boat and crew now. There are no event fees, as this is a factory-sponsored event.

Compared to other Florida boating trips, there is much more planning involved on any excursion to the BAHAMAS. The key is to be prepared; it is worth the effort in planning.
Bahamas Customs requires the following:
- Vessel’s Registration
- Completion of the Bahamas Customs papers (Event staff will provide all papers and assistance).
- US Passport – U.S. citizens can present a passport or birth certificate (original or certified copy) along with an official photo I.D., such as a driver’s license or voter’s card
Re-Entering US Ports –US Customs decal needed before trip!

- FPC will provide flags and customs-immigration paperwork to all members at the Captains Meeting
