Thursday April 19th:

  • All Day:  Early arrivals & launching: Salty Sam’s Marina/ Punta Rassa Ramp
  • 8 PM: Group dinner- Fort Myers Beach

Friday April 20th:

  • 9 AM—Noon: Launching and prep boats for fun run.
  • 12 noon: Friday Fun Run / Depart Pink Shell- Lunch Destination TBA
  • FPC Model photo shoots- dockside. Participants welcome to join in!
  • 5-7 PM: Poker Run Checkin- Pink Shell Resort
  • 7 PM:  Captains reception & Safety Meeting
  • 8-11 PM: Dinner as you wish: On property or many choices on Fort Myers Beach
    **FPC 12-pass courtesy shuttle will be on property to assist with outings.

Saturday April 21st:

  • 9 am – Dockside continental breakfast / Pink Shell Resort.
  • 10:30 AM:  Fort Myers Poker Run Begins – Card #1 Pink Shell Marina
  • FPC Helicopter to follow boats northbound course/ Offshore in Gulf- (Weather permitting)
  • Poker Card checkpoint: South Seas Plantation: Card #2
  • 12:30 PM: Boca Grande Lunch Stopover: Eagle Grill lunch – Card #3 on departure.
  • 4th card stop location TBA
  • 4:30 PM Return to Pink Shell Resort & Marina
  • Free time to relax/ pool-side happy hour!
  • 7:30 PM:  Poker Run Dinner party- Cocktail reception
  • 8 PM: Fort Myers Poker Run Dinner party/ Play poker hands/ Peoples Choice Awards

Sunday April 22nd:

  • 9am- 12 Noon Checkout – Fun Run – (Weather permitting)

 

Event Fee (Captain & mate): $800
Extra crew: $175 Includes event tee and function passes

Applicants for participation must meet the following requirements with no exceptions:

  1. Registered boat owner must be an active member with Florida Powerboat Club. (social or video membership are not qualified member programs)
  2. Registered boats may be approximately 25-80 feet in length, and must be fully insured with liability coverages. A proof of insurance must be submitted in the form of a declaration page. (Detailed and accurate engine data, horsepower and performance specifications must also be submitted to company officials.)
  3. All captains & co-drivers must attend a mandatory poker run captains safety meeting on the evening prior to departure. Captains will sign a safety waiver which includes compliance with guidelines that include: No consumption of Alcoholic beverages or medications that diminish operating skills prior to or during the poker run.
  4. ALL OCCUPANTS (including passengers) of the vessel must sign safety waiver provided by Florida Powerboat Club prior to departure.
  5. All OCCUPANTS are required to wear USCG approved Personal flotation devices during on-plane operation. Exceptions will be made in the case of Lifeline or other specialty safety products that do may carry the USCG official approval.
  6. All participants are required to have their vessels in compliance with USCG safety standards.
